New Slip On Shoes

Decir que estoy enamorada de mi nuevas Slip On que compré en el local de Steve Madden es poco. Estoy OBSESIONADA!

Lo más gracioso de todo es que vi esta "moda" en uno de los post de Essie Button y le dejé un comentario diciendo que estaban buenas pero que no era para mi (porque realmente no me gustaban mucho, sobre todo las de ella que tienen piel). Pero últimamente estuve viendo muchos videos de Ingrid Nilsen, mayormente conocida como MissGlamorazzi y ella no para de usar sus Slip On de Vans y le quedan TAN bien! POR FAVOR ESA MUJER ES PERFECTA! Y tiene mi misma edad! Lo que es la vida... 

En fin, me obsesioné tanto con su estilo que decidí ir en busca de unas Slip On para mi, y terminé encontrando estas de Steve Madden de oferta! Golazo :)

Las elegí en negro porque combinan con todo y puedo decirles que son muy cómodas. Al principio me costó acostumbrarme porque son un tanto masculinas pero una vez puestas no quiero sacarmelas.

No tiene mucho que ver con el post, pero quería compartir con ustedes mi arbolito de Navidad porque es hermoso y me trae felicidad cada vez que lo veo.

Cuéntenme, ¿tienen algún calzado parecido a este? ¿les gusta?

Hola a todos!! Por fin he logrado sentarme a escribir este post. Lo cierto es que lo tengo pensado desde el momento en que me compré estas maravillosas ankle boots. Pero haber empezado un trabajo nuevo hace que toda mi rutina diaria se vea alterada, por lo que estoy intentando acostumbrarme y a su vez reorganizar mi vida. No es fácil, pero me hace bien saber que muchos de los proyectos en los que estuve trabajando durante varios meses y objetivos en los que pienso desde hace tiempo se están volviendo realidad lentamente. Por supuesto, todo lleva su tiempo y muchas veces lo que uno tiene planeado no sale como lo esperabamos. Soy de esas personas que creen que si algo no resulta es porque no tenía que ser. Y me siento feliz con la forma en que la vida me está guiando.

Ahora enfoquemonos en lo que quería mostrarles en este post: mis hermosas botitas de ALDO! Estuve buscando mucho este estilo de calzado, ya que el invierno se acerca cada vez más y quería unas botas cortas con las que poder salir y que no sean demasiado llamativas. Nunca antes había comprado en ALDO pero puedo decirles que estoy muy contenta con el modelo y la calidad del mismo. Me van a ver usando estas botitas en muchos outfits seguramente.

Espero que tengan una semana maravillosa y relajada. Por mi parte, voy a intentar darle un poquito mas de dedicación al blog. Ese es uno de mis proyectos de los que les hablé antes.

Hello everyone!! Finally I can sit and write this post. I thought about it when I bought these amazing ankle boots.

As I told you before, I started a new job. So all my life routine is disturbed, but I'm trying to get used to it and reorganize my life. It's not easy but I'm happy that many project and goals are materializing slowly. Of course I understand that it takes time, and sometimes it doesn't come out as well as we plan. I do believe that what should happen - will happen. I feel happy with the way life is guiding me.

Now lets focus on what I wanted to show you in this post: my new and beautiful ankle boots from ALDO! I was looking for ankle boots for so long, and because winter is coming I wanted beautiful and simple boots to go out with. I never bought in ALDO before but I can tell you now that I'm very happy with the model and the quality. I'm sure you going to see many outfits with these boots.

I hope you'll have an amazing and relaxed week. I'll try to give more of myself in the blog. That's one of the projects I mentioned before.

BEST DAY EVER!

Ayer tuve un día perfecto. Uno de mis grandes sueños se ha vuelto realidad y no puedo estar más feliz.

Toda esta semana que pasó he estado de vacaciones y con Ami planeamos hacer algo especial el jueves ya que él tenía su día libre. Partimos viaje luego del almuerzo y nos fuimos directo a Camera Mia. Allí es donde la magia sucedió. Luego de muchos años de soñar y ahorrar por fin he logrado comprarme esta maravillosa cámara fotográfica. Es la Nikon D7000 y es absolutamente alucinante! Claro está que me falta aprender mucho sobre esta cámara y sobre cómo usarla, y lo voy a hacer con mucho entusiasmo.

Nuestro día siguió de una marena maravillosa. Les dejo algunas fotos.

El domingo empiezo un nuevo trabajo, estoy algo nerviosa pero se que los cambios son para bien, así que deseénme éxitos.

Yesterday was a perfect day. One of my biggest dreams became true. I'm so happy.

I had a week off so Ami and I decided to do something special on Thursday. We went to Camera Mia after lunch. This is where the magic happened. After years of dreaming and saving I finally bought this amazing camera. It's a Nikon D7000 and it's just spectacular! I know I have to learn a lot about the camera and how to use it.

Our day continued in a wonderful way. I left you some pictures.

Next Sunday I'll star a new job. I'm a little bit nervous but I know that every change is for the best. So wish me luck!    

Hicimos un poco de shopping. Compramos algunas cosas de invierno que nos estaban faltando. Y paseamos un poco.

We did some shopping. We needed some winter clothes.

Cenamos en Tiger Lily, un restaurant tailandés. Pedimos licuado de banana, pero estaba muy dulce así que no lo terminamos. Luego comimos ensalada de Papaya y Egg rolls, deliciosos ambos platos. Y para finalizar pedimos Pad Ki Mao, un plato bastante interesante.

We ate dinner at Tiger Lily, a Thai restaurant. We asked for a banana shake but it was very sweet so we didn't finished it. We had Papaya salad and Egg rolls, which were both very tasty. We finished with Pad Ki Mao, a very interesting dish.

Finalizamos nuestra noche en el cine viendo la Premiere de Blue Jasmine, la nueva película de Woody Allen. La película me gustó y las actuaciones son muy buenas pero no parece una película de Woody Allen.

También me gustó el papel de Louis C.K que fue corto pero modesto y gracioso.

After that we went to the movies. We watched the Premiere of Blue Jasmine, the new Woody Allen movie. I liked the film and also how every actor acted, but it didn't look like a Woody Allen movie.

I also liked the cameo appearance of Louis C.K which was modest and funny.

Licuado de frutas hecho por Ami. Son deliciosos. Los prepara con varias frutas y cada vez le agrega algo diferente. Me hacen sentir muy fresca.

Mi bicicleta. La amo. La uso para absolutamente todo, para ir a trabajar, para pasear, para hacer un poco de ejercicio. Es simplemente perfecta.

My bike. I love it. I use it for everything - go to work, to go out, to do some exercise. It's just perfect. 

Si, vi Buscando a Nemo nuevamente. Es una película genial y me se muchos de los diálogos por lo que me divierte aún más.

Yes, I watched Looking for Nemo again. It's an amazing movie. I know a lot of dialogues from the movie that makes it even funnier. 

Hice babysitter en una casa genial. Me quedé enamorada de la decoración. Aquí una pequeña muestra de lo cool de esta casa.

I babysat in a very nice looking apartment. I fell in love with the internal design. Here is a little sample of the cool house.

Debo decirlo, Forever 21 tiene las mejores medias del mundo. Todas, absolutamente todas son muy tiernas y cada vez que paso por el local me las quiero comprar todas!

I have to say that Forever 21 has the best socks in the world. Each one of them are so cute. Every time I pass near the shop I want to buy all of them!

Today I want to show you some new stuff I bought In Madrid two weeks ago. As I told you on my last posts, I'm amazed with this city. I walked a lot, I saw almost everything that I could and I had the opportunity to buy some stuff I needed and found beautiful.

1. Skullcandy's headphones, Uprock White. I love them, the sound is amazing and they are very comfortable. 2. I found these boots in a cute shop in Serrano street. I'm saving them for the next winter because here we already stared summer. 3. Mango, white Bowling bag, it's just beautiful. 4. Mango, "Iziba Beach" top. It's perfect to go to the beach! 5. Kiko Make up, from left to right: Luxurious Lashes Waterproof Mascara, Nail Lacquer (Caribbean Green), Ultra Tech Curve Mascara and Automatic Precision Eyeliner and Khôl. I found this spectacular cosmetics line also in Serrano street. It's been a while that I'm looking for new make up and I have to say that I'm very happy with the results I received, which are as good as I expected.
